This meditation seat or meditation pad is made in the style of a Zabuton. The Zabuton is traditionally a rectangular Japanese seat cushion, usually made of cotton, which dates back to the beginning of the Edu period.
 This meditation seat is therefore not a zabuton in the traditional sense, but is more like a tatami due to the use of rice straw and coconut fibers. It is particularly impressive due to the reduction of form and color and its elegant simplicity.
